The terms for using BoxHop — a free, independent parcel-price comparison. Prices are indicative and confirmed at the broker.
What BoxHop is
BoxHop is a free, independent information service that compares parcel prices bookable by private senders without a VAT number. We are not a carrier, broker, freight forwarder or seller of shipping labels, and we are not a party to any contract you conclude with a carrier or broker.
Prices are indicative
Prices shown are estimates from broker rate feeds and published price lists; some include VAT and a representative fee and are marked with a “~”. The binding price, terms and availability are those shown at the broker or carrier checkout at the time of booking. We do not guarantee that any price is current, complete or available.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any carrier or broker. All carrier and broker names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification only. We currently earn nothing from bookings.

The “Book” links lead to third-party websites we do not control. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content, prices or services.
No warranty; liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on the prices shown, including any shipment booked with a carrier. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. The competent consumer supervisory / ADR body is Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (SOI).

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version always applies.
