Methodology — where our prices come from
We compare live prices from the Packlink broker API (Germany, Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland origins) alongside carrier-direct retail tariffs — DHL Paket, La Poste Colissimo, Austrian Post, PostNL, bpost, Poste Italiane, Correos, CTT, An Post, POST Luxembourg, PostNord, Posti, Poczta Polska, Poșta Română and Packeta (Slovakia and Czechia), plus Nova Poshta for Ukraine. This is not exhaustive: for some routes no cheap private-sender channel exists yet, and those pages say so honestly.
Routes to Ukraine are our first non-EU corridors. They cross the EU customs border — label prices shown here do not include customs declarations (CN22/CN23) or import duties the recipient may owe.
Live prices are fetched at the moment you search, from the rate APIs of parcel brokers where we hold (free) accounts. Prices from carriers without an API come from their published price lists; every such price shows the date we last verified it.
All prices are for a reference parcel of 35 × 25 × 15 cm at the weight you select. Brokers may quote slightly different final prices at checkout for unusual dimensions, insurance or fuel surcharges — we therefore phrase table prices as “from”.
We only list options a private individual can legally book without a VAT number or business registration. Channels that require a business account are excluded even when cheaper.
The Book links go to the broker or carrier website. We are not affiliated with and not endorsed by any carrier; all trademarks belong to their owners. We currently earn nothing from bookings — this is an independent comparison project.
Found a price that is off, or a cheaper door we missed? Tell us and we will verify and update the tables.
