How it works — bookable parcel prices without a VAT number

Cheap parcel rates in Europe are mostly hidden behind business accounts and VAT numbers. But several legal doors are open to private senders — this site finds them and puts a real price on each.

  1. 1

    Pick a route and weight

We query broker rate APIs live and combine them with verified price tables for carriers that have no API.

  2. 2

    Compare real, bookable prices

Every price shown can be booked by a private person without a VAT number — that filter is the whole point of this site. Prices marked with a date were verified on that day.

  3. 3

Book directly with the broker or carrier

The Book button takes you to the broker checkout (for example Packlink, which needs no account for one-off shipments) or to the carrier’s own consumer flow. We never sell labels and add no fee.

FAQ

Why do these prices not need a VAT number?

Brokers like Packlink resell business shipping contracts through a consumer checkout that accepts private senders. Packeta runs a dedicated consumer service. National carriers always serve private customers — their online prices are often below counter prices.

Is this service free?

Yes. We link you to the broker or carrier and add no fee. Prices you see on their site are what you pay.

Do you sell shipping labels?

No. You always buy from the broker or carrier directly, under their terms, with their customer support.

Why is the broker price lower than the carrier counter price?

Brokers buy shipping in bulk under business contracts and resell it. The same DPD or UPS parcel can cost less than half of the counter price when booked through a broker checkout.
